Our eco-friendly dispensary by TRADE DESIGN BUILD who is committed to adopting a more ecologically sound approach to construction. By utilizing healthier and less carbon-intensive materials, we aim to minimize toxicity and lessen the overall environmental impact of our project.
HEMP INSULATION
Hemp inlusation is eco-friendly, renewable, and biodegradable. Its natural fibers provide excellent thermal insulation, regulating temperature efficiently.
VENEER CLAY PLASTER
Clay plaster is a natural and non-toxic material made with a mix of clay, sand, pigment, and natural binders.
Clay plaster walls absorb moisture from the air and release it back as the air dries, regulating indoor air humidity for a comfortable and healthy environment. They are also mold resistant, durable, and easily reparible.
LOCAL PINE & ASH
We are using native and local white pine and ash. Sourcing wood locally lowers the carbon footprint by reducing transportation emissions produced to procure the materials.
FORMALDEHYDE-FREE PLYWOOD
Formaldehyde is a colorless, flammable gas at room temperature, and toxic to human health.
Formaldehyde-free plywood offers the same structural integrity, durability, and versatility as traditional plywood, but minimizes environmental impact and health risks.
